BIRMINGHAM, UK -  Dublin-born Patrick Stapleton, General Manager, Hilton Birmingham Metropole, is ensuring visitors to the hotel receive a real Irish welcome where they can expect to enjoy an authentic Paddy's Day menu, Irish decorations and traditional music, in addition to a well stocked bar with Guinness on tap.

The three course menu includes Irish favourites beef and Guinness pie, poached salmon in a Jameson's sauce and bubble and squeak with kale, for £19.95 per person.
