Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 Announces Christmas Concierge Service

LONDON - Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 is promising to ease the headache of last minute Christmas shopping for its guests with the launch of a new Christmas Concierge service.

The hotel has partnered with luxury lifestyle concierge service Ten Lifestyle to offer guests the opportunity to get all of their last minute shopping done during the week prior to Christmas Day, without the stress of hitting the crowded high streets. The service will also book hard to get hold of tickets for must see shows over the festive period as well as the hottest events and can even help with festive travel issues.

Guests will be able to sign up for a month’s membership of Ten Lifestyle Concierge at a special rate of just £85*. Once subscribed, they can immediately brief an expert lifestyle manager with their Christmas to do list either by phone or email.

The service promises to fulfill all kinds of Christmas requests ranging from organizing a ready-decorated tree to sending Christmas presents anywhere in the world, perfect for families going abroad for the holidays. Last year Ten organized a sleepover at Hamleys for a member’s children and their friends and arranged a Christmas wedding complete with fake snow, real reindeers, and elves.
Members of the Christmas Concierge will be kept up to date on the progress of their requests and can continue to use their membership from anywhere in the world for a month.

If guests are only in town for a short time, the service will allow them to send in their requests prior to hotel check-in. They will also have the option to courier their purchases to their final destination in time for Christmas or New Year, avoiding airline weight restrictions on luggage.
